Gemalto: NSA and GCHQ probably did hack us, but there was no massive leak of encryption keys
SIM card maker Gemalto has confirmed that its network was hacked – probably by the NSA and GCHQ – but said the breach could not have resulted in a massive theft of encryption keys.

Hacker Breached HealthCare.gov Insurance Site
A hacker broke into part of the HealthCare.gov insurance enrollment website in July and uploaded malicious software, according to federal officials. Investigators found no evidence that consumers’ personal data were taken or viewed during the breach, federal officials said.
